Nefab AB, based in Jönköping, Sweden, has announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Szkaliczki and Partners Plastic Processing Ltd in Hungary.
According to Nefab, “Szkaliczki’s leading technology and strong engineering capabilities for thermoformed trays is a fantastic addition to our global offering of engineered multi-material packaging solutions and logistics services.”

Beginning of March, Nefab Packaging Sweden AB announced the acquisition of Trio Emballage AB.
Trio Emballage AB is a producer of heavy duty packaging solutions located in Staffanstorp, close to Malmö in the southern part of Sweden, with more than 30 years of experience and a strong position in the Swedish market.
