The conference venue will be the same, Hotel INTERNATIONAL, Golden Sands Resort, Bulgaria”, according to LABAT Organizers.
“Registration for the re-scheduled conference will be temporarily blocked and we will announce in due course when it re-opens. All registered LABAT’2020 delegates who have paid their registration/exhibition fees are cordially invited to transfer their registration to the re-scheduled LABAT’2021 event or they may get a refund of the paid fees.”
“All authors of accepted oral and/or poster presentations are kindly requested to contact Dr. Geno Papazov (papazov@labatscience.com) and confirm their participation in LABAT’2021 as speakers and inform him if they would need to change the title(s) of the proposed paper(s) at a later date. New paper proposals are invited by 30 October 2020. The updated LABAT’2021 conference agenda will be published on the conference website in March 2021.”
“Regarding the hotel reservations and/or transfers, please contact the Official Agent of LABAT’2020, Company for International Congresses (CIC Ltd.): Ms. Mira Nikolova mnikolova@cic.bg, before 30 April 2020 to cancel the reservation and request a refund of the payment made. It is not possible to transfer the hotel reservations and payments to LABAT’2021. We will inform you in due time when hotel reservations are open for the re-scheduled event.”
