Blackstone Resources receives CHF 50 million through partial sale of precious metals stake

Blackstone Resources AG  has executed CHF 50 million through a partial sale of a subsidiary in the precious metals business segment. “For this sale of a minority stake, we were able to achieve a good sales price and can invest these funds in our further projects. We will further consolidate the market presence and production of Blackstone Technology.  We will also continue to develop and expand our battery metal and lithium projects “, explains CEO Ulrich Ernst.

The company intends to further expand the already considerable know-how for the mass production of nature-compatible high-tech batteries of Blackstone Resources AG and its subsidiaries.

The production facility is also to be expanded extensively: still in 2022, Blackstone will expand the production capacity of the Döbeln Gigafactory and increase it by a factor of 10.

“This will take us to a dimension of 500 megawatt-hours” – says Ulrich Ernst – “Blackstone has recently set a milestone with the commissioning of our series production in Döbeln – both in the company’s history and industry-wide We are already producing particularly powerful and environmentally friendly battery cells there in sustainable series production using the patented Blackstone Thick Layer Technology in revolutionary 3D printing.”
