Blackstone Resources: appoints David Batstone as new CEO and transfers battery division to Blackstone Technology Holding AG

Blackstone Resources AG  has announced that its battery division of the operating business has been transferred to the newly established Blackstone Technology Holding AG. “We have decided to contribute and combine Blackstone Technology GmbH with the production, research and development of the 3 D printing technology with Blackstone Technology Holding AG, Baar, a 100% subsidiary of Blackstone Resources AG. In doing so, we are giving the Battery Division of Blackstone Technology more autonomy and more possibilities for future investments,” says CEO Ulrich Ernst.

David Batstone has been named as the new CEO of Blackstone Technology Holding AG. He will take over the management of the company with immediate effect. We are proud to
